At Extended Family Assisted Living our goal is to care for
each resident in a manner that meets his or her needs. We
are committed to creating an environment just like home, while
still showing respect for the dignity and individuality of
our residents. Our family-operated facilities adhere to long-standing

since 1996. With our low patient to caregiver ratio's we are
able to provide lots of personalized time with each resident,
which in turn fosters a warm supportive atmosphere.
