Our Homes

Extended Family Assisted Living Homes are located between Gilbert and Lindsay, just north of McKellips. Each of the Homes is licensed for 10 residents.

At Extended Family Assisted Living, we encourage our residents to be individuals; we do not have set schedules for getting up in the morning or going to bed at night. In light of this our breakfast starts as early as 6 am and ends as late as 10 am, with breakfast freshly made for each resident. We cater to the needs and wants of each resident as they change through out their life. This home offers private and semi-private rooms.

Extended Family Assisted Living is honored to take care of individuals who have been diagnosed with Dementia/Alzheimer's. Each of the facilities focuses on improving the activities of daily living of Dementia/Alzheimer's patients, which might have been forgotten in the progression of the disease. Each individual is given the time and encouragement needed to perform a routine daily task. This home offers only private rooms.

Please take into consideration that all potential residents need to be evaluated before placement into either one of our facilities. We try our hardest to maintain a level of care coherent with the current lives of our resident.
